Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• —Own the end-to-end manufacturing process from NPI through mass production.
• —Build and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, component suppliers, and logistics partners.
• —Establish quality management systems, inspection protocols, and yield improvement processes.
• —Manage BOM costs, production timelines, and inventory.

What we are looking for

• —Proven track record of taking a consumer electronics product from prototype through scaled production.
• —Deep working experience with suppliers and contract manufacturers in Shenzhen and greater China.
• —Strong understanding of quality systems.
• —Fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred. Willingness to split time between Shenzhen and San Francisco.

Nice to have

• —Experience at a company that shipped a first-generation consumer hardware product.
• —Familiarity with regulatory compliance and certification processes across global markets.

Compensation
