Chief of Staff

What you will do

• —Own cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, design, and operations.
• —Track and unblock the highest-priority initiatives across the company.
• —Prepare materials and context for leadership decisions, investor updates, and board meetings.
• —Serve as a trusted proxy for the founders in meetings and external relationships.

What we are looking for

• —Exceptional written and verbal communication. You distill complexity into clarity.
• —Strong judgment and discretion.
• —You are based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

Nice to have

• —1+ years in an operating role at a high-growth startup, venture firm, or consultancy.
• —Experience in hardware or deep-tech companies.
• —Familiarity with the AI landscape.

Compensation
